At San Diego PC Tech we only sell laptops that we would use ourselves. We recommend IBM Thinkpads and Dell Latitude laptops. These are designed with the business user in mind. All of the laptops we sell are inspected and bench tested by our experienced certified techs. We only sell a few models that we can stand behind. They offer a level of build quality just not seen in the consumer grade models available at the big box stores. Our experience repairing laptops in the field has shown us that most laptops are just not built that well, having many points of failure. The Thinkpad and Latitude models are a step up from all that. Also when purchasing from us we only put what you want on the computer, no trial software you will never use. We install your operating system of choice whether its Windows or Linux. If you need help setting up your laptop just call, we offer free phone support to all our laptop customers. If there is an issue with your laptop hardware we will fix it for free within 60 days from your purchase. After that we will fix it at a very reasonable hourly rate. We also repair all laptop makes and models. If you want a bigger hard drive, more ram or a DVD burner all you have to do is ask us. We can customize any laptop.
